Capt. Juan offers deep sea fishing trips targeting blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, wahoo, dolphinfish (dorado) and yellowfin tuna. Different times of the year produce different species in the waters of Puerto Rico.

Extreme Fishing Puerto Rico specializes in billfish, and Capt. Juan has been fishing for marlin since the age of 13! Blue marlin can be caught 365 days a year in the waters of Puerto Rico, but May through October offers a more consistent number of blues.

White marlin are around October through May and Sailfish are present from October to March.
Wahoo and Dolphinfish are around year round, but October through January offers great action for both gamefish.

Yellowfin Tuna are also caught in Puerto Rican waters year round. Stand up fishing (no fighting chair) is used when fishing for yellowfin tuna, so anglers must be in good physical health to participate in this specific kind of trip.
