Reef Fishing Charters with Extreme Fishing Puerto Rico

The reef fishing off the north coast of Puerto Rico offers a variety of gamefish throughout the year. Capt. Juan uses many different methods including live baiting, trolling and jigging to target different species.

The most common fish we catch off the reefs are king mackerel, cero mackerel, barracuda, false albacore, jacks and snappers. Depending on the time of the year, we also catch blackfin tuna, African pompano, amberjack and sharks off the deeper reefs.

Most of the reefs we fish are less than a 10-minute ride from our marina. These include La Pena reef where Capt. Juan has guided three IGFA World records!
